When will my order ship?
Standard stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Custom putters and limited-edition Hive releases may require additional processing time as noted on the product page.
Can I return a custom-built putter?
Because custom putters are built to your specific length, loft, lie, and grip specifications, they are not eligible for return. Stock items may be returned within 30 days if they are in brand-new, unused condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium golf equipment worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I care for my carbon steel putter?
To prevent oxidation, we recommend keeping your putter dry. After a round, wipe the head with a clean, dry cloth and apply a light coat of baby oil or a silicone-based lubricant.
What is 'The Hive' and how do I purchase items from it?
The Hive features our most exclusive, limited-run putters and accessories. These items are released periodically and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis due to their high collectible value.
Are your putters made in the USA?
Yes, every Bettinardi putter is proudly milled and manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility located just outside of Chicago, Illinois.
