Return Process

  Ensure your item is in new, unused condition with all original headcovers, certificates, and packaging intact; custom-built putters and personalized items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different specification.

  Pack and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the equipment is securely padded to prevent transit damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master technicians inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
